2. Your Account

• • Keep your password safe - you're responsible for your account
• • Don't share your account with others
• • You can delete your account anytime from settings

3. Your Content

• • You own your flashcards and learning data
• • Don't upload anything illegal or harmful
• • When you share decks publicly, others can copy them
• • We may remove content that violates these terms

4. Using the Service

• • Free users get 50,000 AI tokens per month (includes AI chat and text-to-speech)
• • Pro users ($9.99/month) get 1,000,000 AI tokens per month, advanced analytics, and custom FSRS parameters
• • Don't abuse the service or try to bypass limits
• • We may update features and limits as needed

5. Payments

• • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• • You can cancel anytime - no questions asked
• • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• • Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. The Fine Print
